IT Development Internship
About Taylor Travel Management Group
Taylor Travel Management Group offers a unique and challenging IT internship within a fast-growing company in luxury travel and transportation. We provide high-end chauffeur services, private aviation, and end-to-end travel management for high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, embassies, artists, and VIPs. From our headquarters at Schiphol Oost, we serve clients worldwide.
In the coming years, we're taking a major step: we're building our own operations platform for dispatch, workforce, fleet, travel, and finance. This platform will support our international growth and strengthen our personal service. For this journey, we're looking for an IT intern who will actively participate in the project and truly help build the platform.
What You'll Do
During your internship, you'll work on developing. You'll be close to operations and customer care, which means you'll quickly learn what's needed in practice. You'll build features, test them directly with the teams, and iterate until everything runs smoothly. You'll work with modern development tooling that greatly increases your productivity, without losing sight of the fundamental principles of software engineering.
You'll be building real features that will be used directly by operations and customer care teams. Your work will include designing and developing user flows and screens together with the team, then realizing them in code yourself. You'll connect data and processes between modules like Travel, Dispatch, Workforce, Fleet, and Finance, learning how complex systems integrate. From internal tools to automations and integrations, you'll create small but impactful improvements where every line of code matters.
Working in a small, close-knit team means short lines of communication, lots of responsibility, and fast decision-making. You'll test with the operations team, process feedback, and iterate until it really works, learning the full development cycle in a real business context.

Guidance & Mentorship
You'll be supervised by an IT professional with a Master of Science background who runs the project. You'll also work closely with operations and customer care, so you'll quickly learn what's needed in practice. This hands-on approach ensures you're not just coding in isolation, but understanding the real business impact of your work.
