As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a Senior Finance Medewerker to strengthen our finance team and help shape our financial processes and systems.

About the Role

As Senior Finance Medewerker, you'll play a key role in our finance department. You'll be responsible for financial administration, reporting, and process optimization. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing international company in the luxury services sector.

Your Responsibilities

You'll manage the complete financial administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. You'll prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses, and maintain relationships with banks, accountants, and other financial partners.

Process optimization is a key part of your role - you'll implement and improve financial processes and systems. You'll support budget preparation and financial forecasting, ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation, and manage cash flow and liquidity.

Working closely with management, you'll provide financial insights for strategic decision-making. You'll also support the implementation of our new WONDER operations platform, ensuring seamless financial integration.

Key Tasks

• Manage complete financial administration (AP, AR, GL)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Maintain relationships with banks, accountants, and financial partners

• Implement and improve financial processes and systems

• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation

Work Environment

You'll work from our office at the Private Jet Terminal at Schiphol Oost in a dynamic, international environment. You'll be part of a small, professional team where your contribution makes a direct impact on the company's success.
