The week ahead
TEFAF Maastricht returns in March, bringing collectors, dealers, and museum professionals to the Netherlands for one of the art calendar’s most important weeks. Preview days begin on the 12th, and for many, the fair extends well beyond the official closing — dinners, private viewings, and negotiations that stretch into the evenings.
Getting around during fair week matters more than you might expect. Airport arrivals need to connect smoothly to hotels. Fair transfers need to work around viewing schedules. Evening logistics — restaurants in the Old Town, private events at galleries or collectors’ homes — need drivers who know Maastricht when the city is full, not empty.
What we provide
For collectors attending TEFAF, we offer full-day chauffeur service throughout fair week. Your vehicle and driver stay with you from morning to late evening, adapting to a schedule that rarely goes exactly to plan. When a viewing runs long or dinner reservations shift, the car is already there.

The airport question
Collectors reach TEFAF via several airports: Schiphol, Eindhoven, Düsseldorf, Brussels, and Maastricht Aachen. Private jets typically use Maastricht Aachen Airport — 15 minutes to the MECC with FBO handling. Commercial arrivals spread across the others, each with transfer times between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours.
We coordinate arrivals from any airport, tracking flights and adjusting pickup times when schedules shift. The same service standard applies regardless of where you land.
Maastricht local knowledge
The city operates differently during TEFAF. Traffic patterns change, restaurant availability tightens, and the MECC access points matter more than usual.
