With the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, the brand focuses on the passengers riding in the back. In terms of its price and target group, this car can compete with such high-end brands as Bentley and Rolls Royce. It is a vehicle reserved only for the elite members of our society and it is sure to turn heads wherever it goes.

Differences compared to a standard S-Class

The standard Mercedes S-Class is a deluxe yet modest vehicle. The main difference lies in the extra-long wheelbase, which makes the Maybach S-Class a uniquely large machine. The car can be recognised by the double slats in the grill and the rear-most side window. On a Maybach, this window is part of the car’s body; on a standard S-Class, it is part of the door itself. Furthermore, the Maybach has a silver B-style body, not black.

Optimal safety for the chauffeur and their passengers

The Maybach is extremely safe, as you’d expect from this German manufacturer. In addition to smart driving assistance for the chauffeur (Intelligent Drive), the designers also focused heavily on the safety of the passengers in the back. For example, the airbags perform optimally at all times, even when guests have reclined their seats (up to an angle of 37 degrees). The “Rear safety features” options package adds additional airbags to the seats to keep passengers from sliding forward during an accident.

The Mercedes-Maybach comes with champagne and champagne glasses, as well as Wi-Fi, bottled water, peppermints and power outlets to charge your laptop or phone.
